Our Space:

2 Shabby Friends is up and running at The Brick Basement in Fullerton, CA. My friend Jenny and I are having a lot of fun treasure hunting and decorating. Each week we will feature new and exciting treasures we are offering. This week, I found a beautiful antique cupboard found at an old German Farmhouse in Germany. It's from 1910 and all the handles are original. The person who I bought it from said originally it was used as a shoe cabinet. The lower drawer has a 2 compartment separator that was used for brushes and cleaning supplies for your shoes. Today, it can be used for just about anything. It's small and quint and perfect for a country, antique home.

THE BRICK BASEMENT

This antique depot is just fabulous. Vendors bring in new vintage finds almost every day and there is almost always something that we can (hardly) live without! Vendors really put a lot of thought and detail into their spaces here. It makes shopping so much fun!

Hopefully, we will be posting pictures every week of our space with new finds and treasures. Below are some pictures of our space now. We have antique treasures, shabby linens, beautiful cottage decor, Shabby chic lighting, crystal drawer knobs, gorgeous quilts and bedding, and just about anything girly.

Easter is fast approaching us and I have some handmade charming Easter bags. Thanks to my wonderful sister Robyn, who can sew her heart out all day. These bags are a great alternative to those plain old wicker baskets. Fill them up with Easter eggs, candy, and cute little bunnies and you have yourself an elegant Easter gift.

Jenny and I are very excited to see what comes next for us. Keep checking back on updates and new treasures. Till next time!

Christina
